-How to Recognize, Prevent, and Respond to Workplace Harassment
-The Obligation to Report Misconduct & Maintain a Safe, Respectful Workplace
-How to Handle Complaints & Engage in the Investigation Process

-I am required to take immediate action if I witness or receive a report of inappropriate behavior, following the company’s Reporting & Anti-Retaliation Policy as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
-I will not tolerate or engage in conduct that violates company policies or California harassment laws.
-I understand retaliation is strictly prohibited, and any concerns raised must be addressed fairly and professionally.
